Residing in the serene rural community of Chappell Hill, TX, Mason enjoys the natural beauty and land that surrounds his family, along with his 3 wonderful pugs. She brings a strong foundation in customer service and operations, with experience working in fast-paced, team-oriented environments. Claire earned her Bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2025.

Born and raised in Katy, Texas, Claire values building genuine relationships and being a reliable resource. Outside of work, she enjoys working out, spending time with friends and family, and being the best aunt to her adorable niece.

Kelly Raines is an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant at NewTrust Mortgage Inc., where she supports company leadership and helps ensure daily operations run smoothly. Kelly brings more than 20 years of experience in executive support, administration, operations, and customer service. Her diverse professional background allows her to adapt quickly and communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and community partners.

Throughout her career, Kelly has supported senior executives, managed complex projects, and helped organizations maintain efficient operations during periods of growth and change. She is known for her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, clear communication, and commitment to providing dependable service.

Born and raised in Brenham, Kelly values her local roots and the genuine relationships that make the community special. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening and spending time with her family, dogs, and "cow puppies."
